Dr Neethling will deliver a keynote: The Anatomy of Courage: A Whole-Brain Perspective
This talk explores the different kinds of courage needed to lead, innovate and grow. Using a whole-brain perspective, it shows how distinct forms of courage are connected to different thinking preferences. Some draw on logic and analysis, others on planning and discipline, empathy and relationships, or imagination and experimentation.
Participants will discover that courageous action does not look the same for everyone. By recognising their natural strengths and developing less familiar ways of thinking, they can expand their capacity to respond to uncertainty, create meaningful change and move forward with greater confidence.
