Susannah Childers is the Founder and Creator of Possibility for her facilitation company, Ah Ha! For over 25 years, she designs and facilitates Organizational Learning, Strategic Planning & Innovation workshops for client organizations ranging from corporate teams at Procter & Gamble and Walmart, to non-profits like The United Way Worldwide and local cities and boards.
Susannah is certified as a Master Facilitator, a FourSight and Creative Problem Solving facilitator, and has an MBA from Northwestern University in Organizational Development, International Business and Marketing. She has presented workshops and training on Innovation and Creative Thinking on 5 continents. Susannah’s work helps clients connect knowledge and experiences to drive innovation and discovery. Her work is about creating transformative experiences helping people work better together, build insights and imagine what’s possible.
