Mark’s Bio

Mark Dodsworth is internationally recognised for his innovative approach to empowering people. In 1994, he co-founded RedZebra Global, a Social Enterprise with offices in the UK, USA, Spain and South Africa and has worked in over 80 countries on six continents. As the International Director for Actitud Creativa, Mark oversees the global expansion of the Creativity Certification Program in the English-speaking business world. He is also the co-founder and Board member of the RedZebra Youth Empowerment
Foundation based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Mark has presented globally in numerous classrooms, conferences, business schools, and boardrooms. Using a dynamic toolkit of rhythm, music and creativity to actively engage & empower people in communities and companies, Mark helps people discover their potential fueling purpose with passion. His global exposure has given him a unique insight into human interaction, enabling him to develop truly effective ways to increase people’s engagement in the content, message & experience his clients want to deliver.

An experienced Creative Director, Facilitator, and Master Trainer, Mark has designed and delivers hundreds of experiences around the world that focus on Creative Leadership and Innovation. Sharing a wealth of experience in both Personal, Corporate and Community Development, Mark is known for his ability to enhance human performance in life, in business and on stage.

Highlights in Marks career include his involvement with the Global Youth Campaign- dance4life! Through a dynamic collaboration with dance4life International, Mark and the RedZebra team have successfully rolled out a global training program that inspires Peer Educators to use dance as a medium to motivate and unite young people as they become agents of change in the fight against AIDS/HIV. To date, over 2.6 million youth in schools, reaching over 33 countries have joined the dance4life movement.
